And that’s a wrap on another fantastic school year at Sunnybrae P.S. Some of the highlights that made this year so memorable include the Terry Fox Run, Hallowe’en parade, Winter Concert, Carnaval, Smile Cookie Campaign, Fun Fair, Jump Rope for Heart, sports teams and clubs, the most amazing musical “Knight School” and all the fabulous field trips—from Kandalore to Ottawa, Tiffin, the movie theatre, and so much more. I want to thank all of the volunteers and staff who gave their time and energy to make these events and teams run successfully, the families for supporting their children’s learning and most of all the students for putting forth their best efforts and for taking risks by trying something new! I wish all of you a fun-filled Summer full of adventure! See you in September!

Safe Arrival system for SCDSB schools – email [email protected] or call 1-888-885-8065 to report an absence (we recommend using the email where possible as there are ongoing problems with the phone messaging). Parents/guardians are responsible for reporting a child’s absence/arriving late prior to the start of the school day. Do not wait for the call from the school. Please note this system is to report student’s who will be absent or late not to report student’s leaving early. Those messages should be sent directly to your child’s teacher.
