The Remembrance Day Ceremony was beautiful and moving. Students learned about the meaning behind the Rembrance Day traditions and took time to acknowledge the courage and bravery of those who fought for peace. Thank you to all of our families for joining us for interviews this week to hear about student progress and to find ways to support their students at home. Working together is the best way to achieve success.

Popcorn Fundraiser
The Grade 7 & 8's are selling popcorn to raise money for their trips. They have set up a one day event for Tuesday, November 19th. All sales must be made through schoolcash in advance to provide them with the numbers ordered. Students can only order one bag and the cost per bag is $2.00. Orders must be placed by Sunday at 6:00 pm and will be delivered to students in their classrooms on Tuesday. We are unable to deliver after Tuesday if a student is absent and we are unable to issue refunds.
Winter Market - November 27, 2024
Sunnybrae is looking for vendors for our winter market on November 27th. Vendors can purchase space for one or two tables to sell their goods. Vendors must bring their own table and chairs (no more than 8 ft long). Please ensure you have submitted a list of items that you will be selling to Jennifer Tough, [email protected] or [email protected] for approval by the school before making the payment. These emails can also be used if you have any questions.The market will be open from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. You can arrive starting at 4:00 pm to set up. Payment must be made by November 25th. Kidney Clothes Fundraiser
Sunnybrae is participating in a Kidney Clothes fundraiser! Drop off will be in February. Start collecting and saving up your used clothes, bedding, jewelry and textiles. Tell your family, friends, and coworkers. We earn money on every pound. Please do not drop off items before the set time in February (to be announced)
Holiday Concert
Save the date!! Save the date!! Sunnybrae will be performing a holiday concert and you are invited. All classes are performing on the same day.
What: Catchy and beautiful holiday and winter songs.
Where: Sunnybrae gymnasium.
