Principal’s Message: Our School Council outdid itself with this year’s Fun Fair! From the food, vendors, and silent auction to the games, the giant inflatable, face painting, live characters, and trucks, this Fun Fair delivered tonnes of FUN! Feedback included comments such as, “This is the best Fun Fair out there,” and, “We came from another school because we love your Fun Fair!” I want to thank Amy Moylan, Jenn Tough, Jessica Dieckow for organizing this magical evening for our community. We raised approximately $10 000 for our playground fundraiser.
Spiritwear: Sunnybrae SpiritWear is now ready to order. There are three bulldog designs to choose from, courtesy of @justadd10. Free deliveries can be made to the school. If you would like your order to come to the school before the end of the school year, please place your order by June 20th. They will deliver to the school by June 26th. Otherwise, you will need to choose ‘Ship to home’, which costs an additional $10.00. This option will be available for the summer and then school deliveries will resume in September. Covid Screening: All students and staff are encouraged to complete the daily COVID-19 self-assessment screening tool
prior to entering SCDSB schools and buildings and follow the direction of the screening tool. We have some RA Test kits here at the school.
