This Week at Sunnybrae PS – Nov. 6 to 10, 2023

Principal’s Message: This week, we welcomed Mr. Perry who is filling in for Mrs. Owen for a couple of weeks.  He is a very experienced administrator who is enjoying getting to know our staff and students. Halloween was a blast with a school-wide dance, parade, music and popcorn!  Thanks to all our volunteers for their help that day and to Mrs. Sedenger for organizing the dance!

• Nov. 9th:  Int. Boys Vball game at Sunnybrae after school
• Nov. 10^th:  Remembrance Day Ceremony

Upcoming:

• Nov. 17th PA Day - No School for Students
• Nov. 16th (Evening) /17th (AM):  Interviews with Teachers (ensure you have booked an interview time with your child’s teacher)
• Dec. 4th:  Picture Retake Day

Popcorn Sales - Tuesdays from Nov. 7 to Dec. 19

The Grade 8's are selling popcorn to raise money for their Grade 8 trip. They will deliver orders every Tuesday from October 31st to December 19th. All sales must be made through schoolcash in advance to provide them with the numbers ordered. Students can only order one bag each week and the cost per bag is $2.00. Orders must be placed by Sundays at 6:00 pm and will be delivered to students in their classrooms on Tuesday. You can order each week or order several weeks in advance. We are unable to deliver after Tuesday if a student is absent and we are unable to issue refunds.  Sales will end Sunday at 6:00 pm and will resume on Wednesday for the following week.

Jays Sticky Bun Fundraiser-Tuesday is the last day to order

• Order Deadline:  November 7th at 5 pm (No late orders accepted)
• Pick Up Date: November 13, 2023, between 3:30 to 5:30 pm.  The school will not be responsible for orders not picked up during this time.
• Cost is $15.00 per 1/2 dozen sticky buns.
